Villa Murgese offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests (6 + 2) in a spacious fully air-conditioned apartment. The accommodation (circa 100m²) comprises:
Master/family bedroom “Papaveri“ (sleeps up to 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children) with 180x200cm double bed and additional 160x200cm sofabed (made up on request), en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, shower, bathtub, WC and bidet.
Baby’s cot on request.
Bedroom “Girasole“ with 160x200cm double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Bedroom “Margherita“ with 160x200cm double bed, private bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen (incl. espresso machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), extendable dining table and chairs, TV/reading corner with flat screen TV and sofa. Separate utility room with washing machine, ironing table and iron.
All the rooms open onto the wide wrap-around balcony, which includes a shaded seating area for alfresco dining.
You will enjoy exclusive use of the large private heated seasonal pool (12m x 5.5m) – except for occasional use by the owners (who, however, try to swim in your absence,) or a visit from the swallows! Next to the pool is a solar-powered shower and an extensive sun-lounging area with table and chairs and umbrella. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided.
Villa Murgese is surrounded by a large garden, part ornamental, part fruit trees, and guests are welcome to use any produce, depending on the season.
